DANVILLE, Virginia — Nancy Carolyn Busby Schultz, 68, of Danville, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015, at Danville Regional Medical Center.
She was born December 15, 1946, in Danville, to the late Herman and Alice Busby.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Schultz of Danville; a daughter, Karen Murdock and husband, Phillip of Toano; a son, Kenneth Schultz and his wife, Melissa of Danville; and a sister, Sylvia Meadows and husband, Claude of Chatham. She had four grandchildren, Tyler, Brayden, Ella, Riley and was anxiously awaiting another due at the end of this month. She had five nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at Sheva Church of Christ on Monday, October 12, at 11:00 a.m. with Minister Larry L. Owen officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church and other times at her son's residence, 575 Walnut Creek Road, in Danville.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Mid-Atlantic Christian University, 715 N. Poindexter St., Elizabeth City, N.C. 27909.
